Meet John Baker
I'm a sales leader and a dad of 3. I started in sales as a high school senior with zero experience and no plan, paid my own way through college with that job, and opened my first office at 21. Since then I've spent my days recruiting, coaching, and building teams.
This site is where I document what I'm building, with the real systems and the real numbers. Not theory. What I actually did, what it cost, and what happened.
Three pillars
- Build: career, sales, team building, leadership, and the AI systems that now run a lot of my work.
- Money: budgeting, cutting what I pay for, and building income the slow, honest way.
- Life: family, faith, and health, tracked on a weekly scoreboard.
What I believe
Where focus goes, energy flows.
Nobody gets lucky in sales, and nobody gets lucky in life. You build the system, you show up, you track the score, and you get back up after a bad day. Same as football. Same as BMX.
